Daily rules try to buy tech/semiconductors on dips and hedge after sharp pops. It uses 3x bull funds (SOXL, TECL, HIBL, TQQQ) when short‑term gauges say “oversold,” and flips to inverse/volatility (SOXS, TECS, HIBS, UVXY/VIXY) when “overbought.” RSI is a hot/cold gauge; moving averages check trend. Bond ETFs (IEI, TLH/SPTL, SHY/SHV/BIL, LQD) confirm risk‑on/off. Sometimes it parks in cash‑like Treasuries or adds gold (UGL).
