Daily checks guide it into one holding at a time. If SPY (S&P 500) sits above its 200-day average (long-term trend), hold BIL (T-Bills). Otherwise: if TQQQ (3x Nasdaq) has RSI<31 (0-100 heat score; low=oversold), buy TECL (3x tech). Else if QQQ fell >15.5% in 70 days, buy TQQQ. Else if QQQ is above its 20-day avg (short-term trend), hold the more oversold of SPHD (hi-div, low-vol) or XLP (consumer staples). Else buy SQQQ (-3x Nasdaq).
