This strategy usually tries to own TQQQ, a fund that aims to deliver about 3x the daily move of the Nasdaq-100. It first checks for danger: if the market looks overheated or is crashing, it switches into volatility hedges and defensive funds. If the market looks merely beaten up, it buys for a rebound. If the trend is healthy, it stays in TQQQ. If trend and bond signals look weak, it moves into a “Safety Town” basket of gold, short-term bonds, dollar, managed futures, and volatility-related funds.

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
