About

Rules‑based, tech‑heavy rotation. When conditions are healthy it holds QQQY (income Nasdaq) or briefly TQQQ; when markets look stretched or fearful it flips to PSQ or SQQQ. Rebalanced daily using trend, RSI, and bond/volatility signals.
NutHow it works
Each day it chooses among: QQQY (income‑focused Nasdaq), PSQ/SQQQ (short Nasdaq; mild/strong), or sometimes TQQQ (turbo long). It reads simple gauges: long‑term trends (200‑day lines), RSI (a 0–100 “heat” meter), bonds (TLT), volatility (UVXY), dollar (UUP), commodities (DBC), and semis (SOXL). Calm/strong → QQQY/TQQQ; stress/overbought → PSQ/SQQQ.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample return ~28.7% vs S&P 500 ~23.4%, with positive alpha and Calmar ~1.29. A rules-based Nasdaq tilt with hedges, offering higher upside and disciplined risk management versus the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
