It checks: - Trend via moving averages (long‑term “trend lines”). - Heat via RSI (0–100 “too hot/too cold” gauge). - Volatility spikes (UVXY), bonds (TLT, BIL vs IEF), and commodities (DBC). Strong uptrend → TQQQ; choppy/cautious → QQQY; risk/overheat → PSQ/SQQQ.
