It uses a short-term “hot/cold” score (RSI 0–100). >80 = very hot; <30 = very cold. SQQQ = 3x inverse Nasdaq; TQQQ = 3x Nasdaq; TECL = 3x Tech; LABU = 3x Biotech; KMLM = managed‑futures; XLK = Tech; SPY = S&P 500. If many slices look very hot, it buys SQQQ (fade a pop). If very cold, it buys TQQQ/TECL/LABU (buy a dip). Otherwise it compares XLK vs KMLM to choose TECL/TQQQ (or cash) vs SQQQ.
