This strategy mostly wants to own QQQ, which tracks big growth/tech companies like Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, and Google. First it asks: is the overall U.S. stock market healthy? If yes, it holds QQQ unless the market looks overheated, in which case it hides in very short-term Treasury bills (BIL). If the market trend looks weak, it becomes more defensive: sometimes buying beaten-down stocks for a rebound, and other times moving to the broad market (SPY), long-term Treasuries (TLT), or a fund that rises when the Nasdaq falls (PSQ).
