About
Daily, rules‑driven Nasdaq strategy that buys dips with QQQ/TQQQ and flips to PSQ/SQQQ when things get overheated or fearful, using simple “heat” gauges (RSI) plus cross‑checks from bonds, semis, volatility, the dollar, and commodities.
It mainly trades the Nasdaq‑100 via QQQ, its 3x bull (TQQQ) and bear (SQQQ), or a 1x short (PSQ). It “buys the dip” when RSI (a heat meter of recent ups vs downs: low=cold, high=hot) says risk looks cheap, and hedges/shorts when markets are hot or fear spikes. It also reads semis (SOXL), the S&P 500 (SPY), Treasuries (BIL/IEF/TLT), volatility (UVXY/VIXM), the dollar (UUP) and commodities (DBC) to pick the playbook. Rebalanced daily; usually 100% in one ETF. Leveraged ETFs swing fast.
Out-of-sample Nasdaq strategy offers higher risk-adjusted performance vs SPY: Sharpe ~1.42, Calmar ~2.12, alpha ~0.40, and ~61% annualized return vs ~23% for SPY; beta ~0.68. Drawdowns can be larger (~28.8%) in stress.
