About

A daily, rules-based switch among TQQQ, QQQ, and PSQ. It rides Nasdaq uptrends, fades overbought spikes, and defends during stress using signals from trend, RSI (hot/cold), volatility, rates, dollar, and commodities.
NutHow it works
What it trades: TQQQ (aggressive long Nasdaq‑100), QQQ (normal long), PSQ (goes up when Nasdaq falls). No SQQQ to avoid extreme decay. Each day it checks: trend (vs moving averages), “too hot/too cold” gauge (RSI), fear (UVXY), interest rates (TLT, IEF vs BIL), dollar (UUP), commodities (DBC), and semis heat (SOXL). If trend strong and fear low → TQQQ/QQQ. If overbought, fear/dollar spike, or weak bond backdrop → PSQ. If deeply oversold → lean back to QQQ.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this Nasdaq strategy targets higher returns than the S&P: about 35% annualized vs ~23%. It offers a strong Calmar (~1.55) and beta near 1, using trend and risk signals to chase gains while aiming to control drawdown.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
