Each day it checks two “stoplights”: long‑term Treasuries and the Nasdaq. If tech looks favorable or washed‑out, it buys TQQQ (a 3× Nasdaq fund). If tech is overheated or conditions look poor, it either parks in T‑Bills (BIL) or shifts to a defensive mix of long Treasuries (EDV), gold (GLD), utilities (XLU), or a Nasdaq hedge (SQQQ).
