About

Chooses the two strongest trends among tech (QQQ), Treasuries (TLT), commodities (DBC), and the US dollar (UUP), sizes by recent volatility, and uses “pop-bots” (3x funds on dips) and hedges (like VIXY) when markets look overheated.
NutHow it works
It rotates among four themes—big tech (QQQ), long US Treasuries (TLT), commodities (DBC), and the US dollar (UUP). Each day it picks the two with the strongest ~6‑month trend and splits between them, giving more to the calmer one. Short-term check: after sharp drops it briefly uses 3x funds (TQQQ or TMF) to catch rebounds; if things look extremely hot, it steps aside into a hedge (a fear/volatility fund like VIXY or short‑/short‑Treasury ETFs).
CheckmarkValue prop
Adaptive 4-asset momentum with volatility sizing and hedges. OOS: ~5% return, ~17.7% max drawdown (vs SPY ~18.8%), Calmar ~0.28. Provides downside protection and diversification vs the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
