A daily rules-based plan around Nasdaq tech: in uptrends it mainly holds 3x Nasdaq (TQQQ), parking in T-bills (SGOV) or mixing with cash when momentum weakens or overheats. In downtrends it hunts brief bounces in 3x tech or rotates to 3x inverse Nasdaq (SQQQ) or short bonds (BSV).

Uses: TQQQ (3x Nasdaq-100), SQQQ (3x inverse Nasdaq), TECL (3x tech), SOXL (3x semis), SGOV (T-bills), BSV (short bonds). Step 1: If QQQ is above its 200-day avg (long-term uptrend), hold TQQQ unless QQQ is overheated (RSI>78->SGOV) or weak (below short avgs->mix SGOV/TQQQ). Step 2: If below, try quick rebounds via TECL/SOXL; else pick SQQQ or BSV by recent strength. Rebalances daily. RSI=0-100 speed meter.
