A daily market-timing strategy that watches for overheated tech and sector moves; when things look stretched it bets on a volatility spike with UVXY, otherwise it leans toward calm markets via SVXY or falls back to Apple.
NutHow it works
This strategy checks each day whether parts of the market—especially tech and other “risk-on” areas—have risen too far, too fast. It uses RSI, which is just a heat gauge for recent price moves. If enough areas look overheated, it buys UVXY, a fund that tends to rise when market fear jumps. If not, it usually holds SVXY, which benefits from calm markets, or sometimes Apple as the fallback holding.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
