Each day, the strategy asks: is the tech market strong, weak, overheated, or crashing? If conditions look good, it may buy TQQQ, a very aggressive fund that aims to magnify moves in the Nasdaq-100. If conditions look risky, it either moves to BIL (very short-term Treasury bills, a cash-like parking spot) or picks the strongest-looking stock/sector from a watchlist. In extreme market moves, it can briefly switch to semiconductor bull/bear funds or a volatility fund.
