A market-timing strategy that tries to ride leveraged Nasdaq gains with TQQQ, switch to UVXY when markets look dangerously overheated, and move to cash-like BIL when trends or risk signals turn negative.

This strategy usually wants to hold TQQQ, a very aggressive fund that magnifies moves in the Nasdaq-100. But first it runs many short-term “too hot / too risky” checks across tech, the S&P 500, value, growth, and sectors. If markets look overheated, it switches to UVXY, a fund that tends to rise when market fear spikes. If markets look weak or unstable, it hides in BIL, a cash-like Treasury bill fund. If tech is in a healthy uptrend—or deeply oversold and likely to bounce—it buys TQQQ.
