A high-risk market-timing strategy that mostly trades leveraged tech funds, buying sharp dips, sometimes betting against overheated rallies, and hiding in T-bills when conditions look risky.

This strategy is a fast-moving trading system built mostly around tech stocks, especially the Nasdaq and chip makers. It mainly asks: has the market fallen too far, too fast? If yes, it often buys aggressive funds like TQQQ or SOXL for a rebound. If prices have risen too far, too fast, it may bet on a pullback using UVXY, SQQQ, or SOXS. If conditions look dangerous or unclear, it moves to BIL, a very short-term Treasury fund that behaves like cash. It also checks the bond market as a “warning signal” before taking big stock risk.

Out-of-sample shows ~48% annualized return vs ~21% for the S&P 500, with Sharpe ~1.28–1.39 and Calmar ~1.65. It targets big upside in tech via tactical bets, but accepts higher drawdowns (~29% vs ~19%) and shifts to cash when risk signals flash.
