A high-risk market-timing strategy that tries to own leveraged tech when conditions look good, but quickly moves to cash-like assets or hedges when markets look overheated, weak, or chaotic.

This strategy is a collection of similar mini-strategies that mostly ask one question: should we own a turbocharged bet on big tech, or hide/hedge? It mainly uses TQQQ, a fund that aims to move about 3x the daily move of the Nasdaq-100. If tech looks strong or very beaten-down and ready to bounce, it buys TQQQ (or similar aggressive funds like SOXL or DPST in some versions). If tech looks too overheated, is falling hard, or markets look stressed, it shifts into safer or protective holdings like BIL (very short-term Treasury bills), gold/staples/dollar funds, or bearish/fear trades like SQQQ, SOXS, or UVXY.
