About

Daily, rule-based strategy that mainly rides TQQQ in calm uptrends, but shifts to cash, Treasuries, or hedges when markets get overheated or turbulent; it can also buy sharp dips for quick rebounds. Uses RSI, moving averages, volatility and bond signals.
NutHow it works
It tries to ride tech booms with TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100) and step aside fast in selloffs. Each day it checks trend (price vs moving average), hot/cold gauges (RSI), recent drops/volatility, and bond strength. If trend is up and fear is low: hold TQQQ. If overheated or fear spikes: move to cash (BIL), Treasuries (BND/TLT/TMF), or hedge (SQQQ/PSQ/UVXY). On big dips it may buy TQQQ/TECL/UPRO for rebounds.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this strategy outperforms the S&P 500 on risk-adjusted terms: Sharpe ~1.34 vs ~1.10, Calmar ~1.86, and ~100% annualized return, with built-in risk controls (cash/bonds/hedges) to ride tech upswings and limit declines.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
