Daily it tries to hold TQQQ (a 3x Nasdaq‑100 fund) when the trend looks healthy. If markets look overheated or plunge fast (using simple “overbought/oversold” scores, drawdowns, and moving averages), it flips to safety (cash‑like T‑Bills via BIL or Treasuries TLT/TMF) or hedges (UVXY/VIXY, SQQQ). When deeply oversold, it buys quick‑rebound plays (TECL/UPRO/SOXL/URTY). It also compares bonds vs stocks to decide risk‑on/off.
