About

Aggressively rides TQQQ in uptrends, quickly shifts to cash/bonds or hedges in stress, and buys oversold rebounds using simple signals (trend, overbought/oversold, drawdowns). Very high risk, daily trading, tech‑heavy exposure.
NutHow it works
Daily it tries to hold TQQQ (a 3x Nasdaq‑100 fund) when the trend looks healthy. If markets look overheated or plunge fast (using simple “overbought/oversold” scores, drawdowns, and moving averages), it flips to safety (cash‑like T‑Bills via BIL or Treasuries TLT/TMF) or hedges (UVXY/VIXY, SQQQ). When deeply oversold, it buys quick‑rebound plays (TECL/UPRO/SOXL/URTY). It also compares bonds vs stocks to decide risk‑on/off.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: Sharpe ~1.35 vs ~1.10, annualized return ~103% vs ~19%, Calmar ~1.93. It targets bigger tech-led gains with disciplined hedges, aiming to outperform the S&P while managing drawdowns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
