NutHow it works
This strategy is a daily market timer for TQQQ, a high-risk fund that moves about 3x the Nasdaq-100. When tech looks healthy, it buys TQQQ. When markets look shaky, it moves to BIL (short-term Treasury bills, a cash-like parking spot). In very extreme conditions, it splits money between BIL and two volatility funds, UVXY and VIXY, which usually jump when markets panic. It judges conditions using recent price trend, how sharp recent gains/losses were, and whether stocks or bonds look stronger.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
