This strategy asks one question each day: should it own leveraged big-tech stocks (TQQQ), hide in short-term Treasury bills (BIL), or switch to volatility trades (VXX/UVXY)? It buys TQQQ when the Nasdaq looks strong or very oversold after a drop. It moves to BIL when recent stock or bond-market stress looks too dangerous. If TQQQ looks extremely overheated, it buys VXX, which tends to rise when fear jumps.
