An aggressive tech-trading strategy that aims to ride Nasdaq rallies with TQQQ, but moves to cash-like BIL—or occasionally to bearish SOXS or fear-linked UVXY—when market stress or extreme price swings appear.

This strategy usually tries to own TQQQ, a turbocharged bet on big U.S. tech stocks. It checks each day whether tech looks too hot, too weak, or too dangerous. If tech has surged too far too fast, it can switch to SOXS, a bearish semiconductor fund. If markets look chaotic, it may either buy TQQQ for a bounce, buy UVXY to benefit from fear, or hide in BIL, a cash-like T-bill fund. In calmer markets, it mostly buys TQQQ only when trend and risk signals look healthy; otherwise it stays in BIL.
