Splits into 3 sleeves: tech dip‑buyer, short‑term “pop” trader, and volatility sleeve. Uses RSI (0–100: high=hot, low=cold) and trend checks. Buys 3x tech/S&P/semis (TQQQ, SPXL, SOXL), flips to inverse or UVXY when overheated, to SVXY or cash (BIL) in calm. Bonds (TLT/IEF/BND) act as brakes. TQQQ=3x Nasdaq‑100; SOXL/SOXS=3x semis; SPXL=3x S&P; UVXY/SVXY=volatility; BIL=T‑bills.
