About

Aggressive rules-based swing strategy in tech and semis using 3x ETFs. Buys after selloffs, hedges or goes inverse when markets run hot, and parks in T‑Bills when signals are unclear. Uses bond trends as a safety gate; includes UVXY/SVXY volatility tilts.
NutHow it works
It runs 3 bots: (1) Buy TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100) after pullbacks or when trend is healthy; otherwise sit in T‑Bills (BIL). Big 1‑day spikes or shaky bonds switch to UVXY (a fear hedge). (2) “Pop” trades: buy 3x tech/semis (TQQQ, SOXL) after dips, or briefly use inverse (SQQQ, SOXS) when overheated; else cash. (3) Volatility sleeve: hold SVXY when calm, UVXY when many stock signals look “too hot.” Bonds act as a safety switch. RSI = a 0–100 hot/cold meter.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: 76.6% annualized return vs SPY 22.6%, Sharpe 1.55 vs 1.42, Calmar 2.07; max drawdown 37% vs 19%. Higher upside with bond hedges and volatility tactics for tech-focused investors who tolerate drawdowns.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
