This strategy asks one question each day: should it be in aggressive tech stocks, in a fear trade, or safely parked in Treasury bills? It mainly switches between TQQQ (a very aggressive bet on the Nasdaq-100), UVXY (which tends to jump when markets panic), and BIL (short-term Treasury bills). It buys TQQQ when tech looks strong or temporarily oversold and likely to bounce. It moves to BIL when market damage looks too severe. It uses UVXY only during extreme, unstable conditions.
