Rides tech-led uptrends with TQQQ, but when things get “too hot” it parks in bonds plus a volatility hedge. In downtrends it keeps 70% in short-term bonds and tactically trades the remaining 30% (3x tech/S&P or inverse) based on short-term signals.

RSI is a 0–100 “speedometer” of recent moves: >80 = very hot (prone to pullback), <30 = washed out (prone to bounce). A moving average is the average price; above it = uptrend. Uses 3x ETFs: TQQQ (tech up), SPXL (S&P up), TECL (tech up), SQQQ (tech down), UVXY (volatility), BSV (short bonds). If SPY > 200‑day avg: hold TQQQ unless RSI is very hot, then 50% BSV + 50% UVXY. If not: keep 70% BSV and rotate 30% among those ETFs by oversold bounces and short‑term trend.
