Every week the strategy checks QQQ, an ETF of the Nasdaq-100 (big tech like Apple, Microsoft, NVIDIA). If QQQ’s price is above its 200‑day average (average price over ~10 months) AND its last 60 trading days’ return is positive, it invests 100% in TQQQ (a 3× version of QQQ). Otherwise it holds 100% in SGOV (ultra‑short U.S. Treasury bills).
