This strategy is an aggressive market-timing system built mostly around leveraged tech funds. If the overall U.S. stock market looks healthy, it mainly buys TQQQ (big tech) with a smaller position in SOXL (chip stocks). But if the market looks too overheated, it jumps into UVXY, a fund that tends to rise when fear surges. If the market looks weak, it sometimes bets on a short-term rebound. Otherwise, it chooses defense: either a fund that profits when the Nasdaq falls (SQQQ) or long-term Treasury bonds (TLT), depending on which is acting stronger.
