This strategy checks the market every day and makes a high-speed decision tree. Most of the time it wants aggressive bets on big U.S. tech and chip stocks through TQQQ and SOXL. If the market looks too hot, it may bet on a pullback using fear/volatility funds like UVXY or bearish funds like SQQQ/SOXS. If conditions look shaky, it can step into short-term bond funds like SHY or BSV. In short: buy tech on good setups, defend or bet against it during stress.
