RSI = 0–100 ‘heat’ score; >70 hot, <30 cold. 1) If the S&P 500 is in an uptrend (above its 200‑day avg), it mostly holds TQQQ; if things look too hot it switches to UVXY; on deep tech dips it buys TECL. 2) If not, it buys rare deep dips (TECL/UPRO). Otherwise it follows trend: long TQQQ if rising; else SQQQ or bonds; UVXY when volatility surges.
