This strategy splits money into 4 equal parts and runs the same playbook with slightly different trend tests. If the market looks healthy, it usually buys TQQQ, a fund that makes a bullish bet on big U.S. tech stocks. If that rally looks too hot, it steps aside into BIL, a cash-like Treasury bill fund. If the market looks weak, it may buy the dip in tech or the S&P 500, move into long-term Treasury bonds (TLT), or bet against big tech with SQQQ, depending on which is acting strongest.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
