This strategy mostly tries to ride big U.S. tech when conditions look good, but it changes gears fast when markets look weak. In strong markets, it usually buys TQQQ, a very aggressive fund tied to the Nasdaq-100. If tech looks too hot, it scales down to QLD or QQQ. If markets weaken, it may shift into defensive holdings, broad-market funds, semiconductor funds, or even funds that rise when the Nasdaq falls.

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers.
