About

Daily, tactical plan using 3x tech/market ETFs. It rides uptrends with TQQQ, flips to UVXY when “too hot,” and in weak markets tries bounces or shifts to SQQQ or bonds (AGG). Three timeframes pick risk-on vs bonds; a small sleeve always follows the core signal.
NutHow it works
Tickers: TQQQ (3x Nasdaq tech), TECL (3x tech), UPRO/SPXL (3x S&P 500), SQQQ (3x inverse Nasdaq), UVXY (volatility), AGG (bonds). Step 1: If SPY is above its 100‑day average, usually hold TQQQ; if short‑term heat (RSI) is extreme, switch to UVXY briefly. Step 2: If SPY is below it, try oversold bounces (TECL or UPRO). If still weak, pick SQQQ or AGG. Three sleeves (50/25/15 days) each choose between the pick and AGG by recent returns; a small sleeve always follows the pick. Rebalanced daily.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, a tech-forward 3x-ETF strategy with adaptive hedging delivers ~36% annualized vs SPY’s ~21%, with Calmar ~0.95—higher upside, but larger drawdowns (~38% vs ~19%).

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
