This strategy is a daily trader that usually wants to own aggressive tech-related funds, especially TQQQ, which is a turbocharged version of the Nasdaq-100. Each day it compares two big sub-strategies and uses the one that has done better lately. If markets look healthy, it often buys leveraged tech or stock funds. If markets look overheated, crashing, or very jumpy, it can switch into fear-based volatility funds, bearish funds that rise when stocks fall, Treasury bond funds, or cash-like bond funds.
