An aggressive market‑timer: rides 3× tech in uptrends, flips to volatility, bonds, or short tech in stress. Uses simple “heat” (RSI) and trend lines to switch. Very high risk, large swings; designed for traders who understand leveraged/volatility ETFs.

1) Check if the S&P 500 (SPY) is above its 200‑day average (the long‑term trend line). 2) If uptrend: hold mostly 3× tech (TQQQ + some SOXL). If the market looks “too hot” (RSI ≈ 80+), briefly flip to a volatility fund (UVXY). 3) If downtrend: rotate using short‑term signals among: 3× tech/S&P on deep dips (RSI ≈ 30), volatility (UVXY), 3× long Treasuries (TMF), inverse 3× tech (SQQQ), or short‑term bonds (BSV). RSI = 0–100 “heat”; 20/200‑day averages = trend lines.
