Rule‑based tech/Nasdaq strategy that buys dips with 3× bull ETFs, shifts to bonds or 3× inverse when overheated or fear spikes. Uses RSI, short‑term moves, and trend filters; sometimes holds a basket of top tech stocks. Very high risk.

Starts with a market trend check (S&P 500 vs its 200‑day average). If trend is up, it buys Nasdaq/tech and “buys the dip.” If not, it uses stricter safety rules. Signals: RSI (0–100 speedometer; <30 washed out, >70–80 hot), recent 1–5 day moves, and volatility (UVXY). It rotates among TQQQ/TECL/SOXL/SPXL (3× bulls), SQQQ (3× bear), VOO/QQQ/top tech stocks, or short‑term Treasuries (SHY/BSV).

Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
