About

Daily rules switch among 3x Nasdaq (TQQQ), its 3x inverse (SQQQ), volatility (UVXY), or short‑term bonds (BSV). It rides tech when the market trend is healthy and flips defensive when signals say prices are overheated or weak.
NutHow it works
Uses 3x tech ETFs (TQQQ/TECL), their 3x inverse (SQQQ), volatility (UVXY), SPY (S&P 500) as a health check, and short‑term bonds (BSV). RSI = a 0–100 “heat” gauge; moving averages mark trend. Each day: If SPY is above its 200‑day avg, mostly hold TQQQ, but switch to SQQQ or UVXY when prices look too hot or after big 5‑day drops/bounces. If SPY is below trend, rotate among SQQQ, UVXY, TQQQ/TECL or BSV based on those “heat” and trend signals.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample: ~72% annualized return vs SPY ~23%, Calmar ~1.44, max drawdown ~50%. Leveraged tech exposure with hedges aims for big tech upside while defending dips—higher upside with disciplined risk vs SPY.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
