About

A daily, rules‑based swing strategy focused on big tech. It rides uptrends with TQQQ, flips to SQQQ or UVXY when things look overheated or after sharp drops, and uses bonds in rough patches. Very aggressive and high‑risk, with potentially large drawdowns.
NutHow it works
Aim: ride tech booms, dodge big falls. Trend test: is the S&P 500 above its 200‑day average (a long‑term trend line)? RSI (0–100): high=overheated, low=washed‑out. UVXY rises when fear spikes. Uptrend: mostly TQQQ (3× Nasdaq); switch to SQQQ or UVXY when overheated or after sharp drops. Downtrend: favor UVXY, SQQQ, or short‑term bonds; occasionally buy TQQQ/TECL on deep oversold.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: levered tech exposure with tactical hedges targets ~75% annualized return vs ~24% for the S&P, with Calmar ~1.50. Strong upside and risk-adjusted potential, but expect larger drawdowns (up to ~50%).

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
