Rules-based, daily strategy around the Nasdaq. In uptrends it rides 3x tech funds (TQQQ/TECL/UPRO) and buys dips; in downtrends it hedges with SQQQ, UVXY, or short-term bonds (BSV). Uses RSI and moving averages to time switches.

Daily rules. 1) Backdrop: If SPY is above its 200‑day average, treat as an uptrend. 2) Heat gauge (RSI 0–100): >80 = very hot; <31 = very cold. Uptrend: mainly own TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100), TECL (3x Tech), UPRO (3x S&P), buying dips; when too hot, briefly move to SQQQ (−3x Nasdaq) or UVXY (volatility). Downtrend: rotate among SQQQ, UVXY, or BSV (short‑term bonds), with occasional bounce buys in TECL/SPXL.
