A daily, rules-based rotation: own leveraged tech/S&P funds in uptrends, but flip to inverse, volatility, or bonds when prices look overheated or weak. Uses a 200‑day trend filter, RSI extremes, and short‑term drop/bounce triggers.

Core idea: ride big tech in uptrends, hedge or go defensive in stress, using simple signals. Regime: if SPY above its 200‑day average → offense; else defense. Offense: usually TQQQ/TECL/UPRO; buys TQQQ after sharp drops; if overheated or hard bounces, switch to SQQQ or UVXY. Defense: rotate among UVXY, SQQQ, or BSV; may buy TECL/SPXL on extreme oversold. RSI (0–100) gauges recent gains vs losses: <30=oversold, >80=overheated. TQQQ/TECL/UPRO/SPXL=3x long; SQQQ=3x inverse; UVXY=volatility; BSV=bonds.
