About

A daily, rules-based, high-risk strategy that mainly rides TQQQ in uptrends, buys sharp tech/semiconductor rebounds, and flips to T‑Bills, inverse Nasdaq (SQQQ), or volatility (UVXY) when markets overheat or panic, guided by bond risk signals.
NutHow it works
Each day, the rules try to ride tech uptrends and step aside in danger. In calm/uptrends it holds TQQQ (3x Nasdaq‑100). After fast drops it may buy SOXL/TECL/SPXL (3x chips/tech/S&P) for rebounds. When stress hits, it parks 60% in BIL (T‑Bills) and 40% in SQQQ (‑3x Nasdaq) or uses UVXY (a volatility fund that jumps in panics). Signals use RSI (0–100 “heat” gauge), moving‑average trends, big recent drops/spikes, and bond ETF risk checks.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample: ~38% annualized return, Sharpe ~0.81, Calmar ~0.98—strong upside vs. the S&P. Expect higher drawdowns (~39%). Tech-heavy, rules-based strategy with hedges for risk-on/risk-off markets.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
