About

Aggressive, rules‑based rotation around 3x Nasdaq (TQQQ). It follows trends, buys oversold tech bounces, and flips to volatility (UVXY), inverse Nasdaq (SQQQ), or short‑term bonds (BSV) when risk rises. Aims to ride uptrends and sidestep selloffs.
NutHow it works
1) Check the market’s long trend: is the S&P 500 (SPY) above its 200‑day average? If yes, it usually rides TQQQ (3x Nasdaq). 2) If TQQQ gets “too hot” short term (a 0–100 hot/cold meter called RSI), it briefly flips to UVXY (fear/volatility ETF). 3) If TQQQ weakens (below its 20‑day line), it picks SQQQ (3x inverse Nasdaq) or BSV (short‑term bonds), whichever is stronger. 4) In weak markets, it only takes quick oversold bounces (TECL/SOXL/SPXL); otherwise it stays defensive.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample, this strategy dramatically beats the S&P: ~75.9% annualized return vs 17.2%, Sharpe ~1.19, Calmar ~2.02 across ~517 days. A rules-based TQQQ rotation uses hedges (UVXY/SQQQ) to ride uptrends and cut risk.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
