About
Daily tactical switcher: ride tech uptrends with TQQQ, park in cash (BIL) when overheated, and in downtrends either buy oversold bounces (TQQQ/UPRO) or go defensive/short (TLT/SQQQ) based on recent strength.
Daily rules:
1) If TQQQ (3x Nasdaq-100) is above its 200-day average, own TQQQ unless the 10-day RSI (0-100 heat score) for TQQQ or SPY is very high; then hold BIL (T-Bills).
2) If below: buy bounces (very low RSI -> TQQQ or UPRO, a 3x S&P fund). If no bounce and the short-term trend is down, hold the stronger of SQQQ (-3x Nasdaq) or TLT (Treasuries). Else use SQQQ if washed-out, otherwise TQQQ. Main exposure: tech; sometimes S&P, Treasuries, or cash.
Outperforms the S&P 500 on risk-adjusted terms: higher out-of-sample Sharpe and Calmar, with tech-led upside and disciplined risk controls (cash hedges, tactical rotations) that reduce drawdowns.
