About

A rules-based, daily plan built around TQQQ (3× Nasdaq‑100). It rides the uptrend, moves to T‑bills when things look overheated, and in downtrends rotates among TQQQ, UPRO, SQQQ, or TLT based on short‑term momentum and trend.
NutHow it works
Daily check. Uptrend (TQQQ above its 200‑day avg): hold TQQQ unless short‑term heat is extreme (RSI10: TQQQ>79 or SPY>80); then move to BIL (T‑bills). Downtrend: buy TQQQ on deep dips (RSI10<31); else if SPY RSI10<30 → UPRO; else if TQQQ < 20‑day avg → whichever is stronger (RSI10): SQQQ or TLT; otherwise if SQQQ RSI10<31 → SQQQ, else TQQQ. Tickers: TQQQ=3× Nasdaq‑100; UPRO=3× S&P 500; SQQQ=3× inverse Nasdaq‑100; BIL=T‑bills; TLT=long Treas.
CheckmarkValue prop
Out-of-sample edge: Sharpe 1.62 vs 1.15, Calmar 4.70, and ~132% annualized gains from a trend-rotation strategy (TQQQ/UPRO/SQQQ/TLT/BIL) with risk controls—better, safer upside vs the S&P 500.

FAQ

A Composer symphony is an automated trading strategy that executes trades based on parameters of your choice. Some symphonies are similar to holding one ETF in normal conditions and rotating to a different ETF when market conditions shift, for example a 5% drop in the S&P 500, while others use complex rules with dozens of triggers. However, complex doesn’t always mean better. A simple, well-structured symphony can be just as effective as an intricate one. Learn more about how symphonies work here.
