This strategy is usually trying to own **TQQQ**, a very aggressive fund that magnifies moves in big-tech-heavy stocks by about 3x each day. It first asks: is the overall U.S. stock market in a healthy long-term uptrend? If yes, it holds TQQQ unless the recent rally looks too hot, in which case it moves to **BIL** (a cash-like Treasury-bill fund). If the market is in a weaker trend, it becomes more tactical: it may bet on a rebound with **TECL** or **UPRO**, or shift to **SQQQ** (which rises when the Nasdaq falls) or **TLT** (long-term U.S. bonds).
