This strategy is an aggressive rulebook built mostly around leveraged tech funds. 1) If the overall U.S. stock market is in a healthy long-term uptrend, it usually buys TQQQ, a fund that aims to magnify moves in the Nasdaq-100 (big tech/growth stocks). 2) If the market looks too overheated, it temporarily switches to UVXY, a fund that tends to jump when fear suddenly spikes. 3) If the broad market is weaker, it looks for either a quick rebound trade (TECL or UPRO) or a defensive/bearish position (SQQQ or TLT).
