A daily, cash-equal, multi-ETF strategy that aims to ride TQQQ’s upside while hedging risk with UVXY and defensive/inverse bets, using short-term momentum (RSI) and trend checks to switch among tech/leverage, hedges, and bonds.

A daily, cash-equal mix of ETFs around TQQQ. If a short-term momentum signal says the market is overbought (RSI above ~80 on TQQQ or SPXL), buy UVXY (volatility) as a hedge. If not hedged, check SPY’s health: if SPY is above its 200-day average, tilt to one of four paths. If TQQQ is very oversold (RSI below ~31), buy TECL (tech 3x). Else if SPY is very oversold (RSI below ~30), buy UPRO (another S&P 500 levered bet). If neither, pick one of SQQQ (QQQ inverse) or TLT (long bonds) based on which has stronger momentum (RSI ranking) and a final momentum check on TQQQ. The plan continually rebalances daily, keeping exposure diversified across upside bets, hedges, and defensives depending on short-term momentum and price trend. Assets involved include TQQQ (Nasdaq-100 leverage), UVXY (volatility), SPXL (S&P 500 leverage), TECL (tech leverage), UPRO (S&P 500 leverage), SQQQ (QQQ inverse), TLT (long bonds), SPY (broad market), with cash kept equal across active legs.

Out-of-sample annualized return ~103.8% vs ~21.9% for the S&P, with better Sharpe (~1.50) and Calmar (~2.07). Drawdowns are larger (~50%), but the strategy offers superior upside, diversification, and long-term compounding via diversified leverage, hedges, and momentum.
