About
Rules-based strategy: in uptrends, own the two strongest 3x stock ETFs plus a ~33% SVXY sleeve and cool off when overheated. In downtrends, buy deep dips in tech/semis/S&P or hedge with inverse QQQ and defensive alternatives.
Step 1: Is the S&P 500 above its 200‑day average? If yes (bull), avoid “overheated” spots (RSI very high), otherwise hold the two strongest 3x stock funds (Nasdaq/tech/S&P/Dow/FANG) plus ~33% in SVXY when it’s trending; use defensive alts if not. If no (bear/sideways), buy deep dips (RSI ~30) in tech/semis/S&P with 3x funds; if no dip, rotate among hedges (short QQQ), QQQ/tech, or defensive alts using short‑term trend and RSI (0–100; low=washed‑out, high=overheated).
Out-of-sample, this strategy targets ~35.6% annualized return vs ~20.3% for the S&P, riding leadership in uptrends and hedging in dips. It offers strong upside with diversification and risk controls, but may endure larger drawdowns than the S&P.
