This strategy splits money in two. Half is an aggressive bet on big U.S. tech through TQQQ, a fund that aims to move about 3x the Nasdaq-100. It stays long when the market trend looks healthy, but may briefly switch to a Nasdaq short fund (PSQ), the S&P 500 (SPY), or short-term Treasuries when markets look overheated or weak. The other half is a hedge. It rotates among Treasury bond funds, stock-market short funds, volatility funds, and defensive funds to try to soften major drawdowns.
